About

My background in fine arts and exposure in my formative years  to the environment of the Laurentian Mountains north of Montreal  has instilled in me a respect and fascination with natures colours and textures.

I am passionate about creating exquisitely crafted furniture which is also a joy to use.  Using a fusion of materials, I strive to create pieces pure in design with functionality at its core.  I like to inject visual interest through a quirk of detail which also fulfils a specific role.

Whatever the scale of the project I draw on my knowledge of traditional cabinet making methods learnt at the London College of Furniture and Hooke Park (part of John Makepeace Parnham Trust).

Bespoke commissions include private individuals and corporate clients such as The Ivy Restaurant, Scotts of Mayfair, Barristers Chambers in Temple Gardens, Delfina Studio (Arts)Trust, British Consulate in Dussledorf and various architects.  My designs have been sold through Liberty-London, The Conran Shop, Purves and Purves, Harvey Nichols and Woodhams.

In 2012 I was selected to showcase my Eton screen at Lancaster House, the British Business Embassy, which was transformed into a creative showcase of British talent during the Olympics and Paralympics Games.
